The land WSCC was built on serves as a great canvas for outdoor sports like cross-country skiing and running.  When the Recreation Center was completed in 1977 it became a hub for volleyball and basketball games, swimming, and other activities. As sports change, the campus has, too.  The Ice Arena opened in 2002 and the disc golf course opened in 2012, exemplifying the college's commitment to athletics and the community.
